Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at motionofnature@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ryegrass, Dilwyn, Herefordshire, HR4 8JG 

If your return is accepted, you will have to cover the cost of shipping and post the product to us, we will provide the information on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed. This includes food and drink products, herbal teas, supplements, syrups, tinctures, balms, salves, cosmetics, and other personal care products.

We also cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items, perishable goods, or products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please contact us if you have any questions about your item before returning it. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items are excluded from cancellation rights, including perishable goods and sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed.

To cancel or return an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
